Our Social Sciences Vocational School Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program students received practical training during the technical trip to Muş Alparslan Airport. Our students closely experienced the practices in the sector at the event organized by Aykut Kaan Eren on Monday, April 29, 2024.
Our students, who received practical training in four different units, were given their first training by HAVAŞ (Airport Ground Services Inc.) Station Chief Bekir İnci and our graduate students Rozerin Tutuş, Elif Karayel and Zeynep Güven, who are airport staff. Here, the services provided by HAVAŞ were explained to the students in detail. During the training, critical areas such as passenger services, operations and ramp departments were explained to the students in detail and ground handling equipment was introduced.
Afterwards, the hangar of DHMI was visited under the guidance of State Airports Authority staff Apron Officer Haydar Ali Kılıç, and the studies of the institution on combating snow and wildlife were explained to the students in detail. After the hangar introduction, the activities of the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Center (ARFF) and the tools used were introduced.
