Following the implementation of the Integrated Quality Management System (BKYS)—developed in terms of software and design by Kırşehir Ahi Evran University—at our institution, the Social Sciences Vocational School Quality Commission held meetings on July 11 and 14 via Google Meet to discuss the use of the program.
Discussions regarding the unit's activity plan and performance parameters took place during meetings led by the Quality Commission Vice-Chairs, Dr. Lecturer Cihan Alptekin and Lecturer Neslihan Demirel, with the participation of quality coordination sub-unit members and department heads. In the first meeting concerning the BKYS, Lecturer Neslihan Demirel explained to the quality commission members and department heads how to input unit activity plans. In the second meeting, led by Dr. Lecturer Cihan Alptekin, the unit performance parameters were determined through consultations with the faculty members serving in the quality commission's working group.
