Quality Process Internal Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting Held

17.09.2026 09:39

Our Vocational School’s Quality Commission convened under the chairmanship of Deputy Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Dündar to review the Quality Process Internal Monitoring and Evaluation Report.
Following the deliberations held during the meeting, a series of decisions were adopted and implemented in line with the university's quality policy—which prioritizes stakeholder satisfaction and meets national and international quality management standards within the framework of Total Quality Management and Higher Education Quality Assurance.
Decisions taken include adding tabs such as "SURVEYS," "WRITE TO THE DIRECTOR," and "WORKFLOW PROCESSES" to the SBMYO website, and constituting the Vocational School Advisory Board from among all student advisors at the school. It was also unanimously decided that, during the advising meetings to be held at the beginning of the 2024-2025 Fall Semester, all student advisors would exchange views with students regarding the courses included in departmental curricula and Bologna Information Packages, and that these discussions would be recorded in official minutes.
In a statement made after the meeting, Dündar expressed that the Social Sciences Vocational School carries out its quality processes meticulously and thanked all academic and administrative staff who contributed to these efforts.
