A conference titled "Combating Addiction" was held at the Social Sciences Vocational School conference hall. Lecturer Kenan Özmen addressed the audience, informing students about the fight against addiction and discussing its destructive effects.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper, Advisor to the Rector and Director of the Social Sciences Vocational School, delivered the opening remarks. Wishing the students success in their new academic journey, he stated, "All the resources of our university and our vocational school have been mobilized for you, our students; our faculty members will always be there to assist and guide you in this regard."
Providing information about the university's physical facilities as well as its social, cultural, and athletic activities, Özalper said, "I want you to know that our doors are always open to you regarding any problems you may encounter during this period of your lives. Your ideas are very valuable to us. Please do not hesitate to share your thoughts and suggestions with us." Following his speech, Özalper presented a certificate of appreciation to Lecturer Dr. Kenan Özmen.
