Following the appointment of Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper—who previously served as the Director of our University’s Vocational School of Social Sciences—to the position of Vice-Rector, Assistant Professor Ahmet Dündar has been appointed as the new Director of the Vocational School. Assistant Professor Cihan Alptekin has been assigned to the position of Deputy Director, succeeding Assistant Professor Dündar.
Assistant Professor Ahmet Dündar, a faculty member in the Department of Finance, Banking, and Insurance, has served as Deputy Director of the Vocational School for many years. Specializing in financial literacy, banking, data analysis, and quantitative methods, Assistant Professor Dündar will contribute to the management of the School’s educational activities, academic endeavors, and administrative processes in his new role.
Assistant Professor Cihan Alptekin has assumed the role of Deputy Director of the Vocational School. With this new distribution of duties, the School’s educational activities, academic work, and administrative processes will continue to be carried out in a coordinated manner.
These changes in leadership ensure the continuity of ongoing projects and the effective execution of educational activities, while also fostering continued academic and institutional development.
